All our products are tested and checked to ensure they leave our premises to you with the highest quality assurance. Items are posted out within 24hours of receiving your order, please allow 4 working days delivery. If you require your product sooner, please contact us to organise an Australia Post overnight bag so it arrives sooner.

Returns and Refunds

Equessential’s policies regarding returns conform with the regulations of the Office of Fair Trading, Qld, Australia.

With some exceptions (see below) Equessential accepts the return of items only if they are in their original condition with their original tags and they are in their original undamaged packaging, please notify us of the problem within 48 hours of receival by you and obtain a Return Authorisation, and despatch them to us within seven days of receipt.

If you ordered the incorrect product (eg. wrong size) we are happy to exchange your original purchase and post out a different size at your postage expense once the original item has been returned.

Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase the original goods (eg. credit your credit card if you purchased the goods using a credit card).

Postage and handling charges are not refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Items such as horse boots which have been worn or used by animals can easily be damaged — such damage is generally beyond the control of the manufacturer and retailer (eg. a horse standing on or chewing the boots) and such goods may not be returned if damaged unless they can be shown to be defective (see below). Similarly, items which have been worn or washed may not be returned unless they can be shown to be defective.

Defective items

If goods are found to be defective in materials or workmanship, they may be returned to Equessential. You must include with the returned goods a Return Authorisation with a full description of the defect(s), along with your proof of purchase. Defective items may be repaired, replaced or refunded. Returns of defective items do not attract a handling fee.

Sizing *

We understand that buying the correct size online can be difficult. Please refer to the sizing chart provided by Equessential* to ensure you order the right size for your horse. If you do make a mistake however, we are happy to exchange sizes as long as the goods are returned in their original condition and you cover the postage cost.
